Commercial & Acquisition Associate

Your role

As Commercial & Acquisition Associate, you are responsible for identifying, analyzing and exploiting commercial opportunities in the market. You play a key role in the acquisition of new projects and in expanding our network within the German real estate market.

Your responsibilities

• Actively search for new investment and development opportunities in the market.
• Networking and building relationships with brokers, investors and other stakeholders.
• Perform market analyses and prepare business cases and qualification calculations.
• Assist in the acquisition of land positions and real estate properties.
• Conduct commercial discussions and negotiations with potential partners.
• Coordinate acquisition processes and contribute to the further growth of our activities in Germany.
• Identifying trends and developments within the real estate market.

What do we expect from you?

• You have a completed higher- or academic education, preferably in real estate, commercial economics or a similar field.
• You have (some) experience in a commercial position, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
• You are commercially driven, persuasive and results oriented.
• You have strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• You are analytical and know how to turn market developments into concrete opportunities.
• You have a good command of both German and English.
• You are available 40 hours per week and willing to be on the road regularly for networking and acquisition purposes.
