Project Developer

Your role

As Project Developer you are responsible for the entire development process of our diverse projects, from concept to completion. Your independent attitude and insight into opportunities means that you will soon be carrying out work completely on your own.

Your responsibilities

• Thinking about and developing next-level real estate projects.
• Advising on feasibility and opportunities.
• Taking care of requests for proposals, evaluating offers and forming contracts.
• Coordinating and leading role between all parties involved such as architects, governments and other external parties.
• Drawing up and monitoring planning and budgets.
• Analyzing market developments and identifying opportunities.
• Maintaining contact with various stakeholders.

What do we expect from you?

• You have a completed higher education or adamic degree, preferably in architecture or construction.
• At least 2 years’ work experience as a developer at a developer or developing contractor in commercial and/or logistics real estate.
• Extensive knowledge of legal, financial and technical aspects of real estate development.
• You have a proactive attitude and are not afraid to take initiative.
• You are analytically strong, communicatively skilled and a real team player.
• You are practical, results-oriented and strong in building and maintaining relationships.
• You are available 40 hours per week.
